Client Challenge

The clients identified a niche market that would benefit from their gym format. They pitched their idea to several investors who were instantly hooked. The only issue: they all wanted to see it on paper – a business plan.

Our Solution

We conducted several interviews to gather the info from the founders. We then prepared the business plan. The plan was geared towards investors and included several sections specific to investor-related questions.

We also prepared a presentation deck and provided consulting advice on how to format the presentation and how to deliver the pitch.

After presenting both the business plan and delivering the pitch, they received funding in the six figure range to start operating the first location. Their goal is to expand to multiple franchise locations within the next 2 fiscal years.
